As a Repair Technician at Shazam Repairs, you will perform on-site repairs for residential and commercial clients in and around Canvey Island. This full-time role involves assessing damage, carrying out cosmetic surface repairs, restoration work, and spray painting to a high standard. You will prepare surfaces, use appropriate tools and materials, and ensure all work meets safety and quality guidelines. The role includes maintaining and organizing equipment, documenting work completed, and communicating clearly with customers and the office team about job progress and requirements. You will also help identify opportunities to improve repair processes and support Shazam’s commitment to sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance, with the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose issues, determine repair methods, and ensure durable, high-quality finishes.
