We're seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our Northern Ireland team. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Delivery (UK), they will sit at the intersection of business requirements, technical delivery, and project governance. This role works closely with Shaype's Product Delivery Manager, the Tech Lead and regional Business Analysts to gather, document and structure business requirements, translate them into clear specifications and delivery plans, and manage the project governance needed to get new products and features live. Our current working model includes 2 days in our Belfast office, with an expectation of additional office days as and when required. What we need We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to sit at the intersection of business requirements, technical delivery, and project governance. Based in Belfast, this role works closely with Shaype's Product Delivery Manager, the Tech Lead and regional Business Analysts to gather, document and structure business requirements, translate them into clear specifications and delivery plans, and manage the project governance needed to get new products and features live. This is a hands-on role for someone who is structured, analytical and comfortable driving multiple work streams to a deadline in a fast-growing company. This role is Belfast based and offers flexible working arrangements - up to 3 days per week working from home.
