Established in 1972 we deliver professional, safe, and cost-effective solutions in all areas of landscapes, arboriculture, grounds maintenance, pest control, property maintenance and associated services. Our key clients being local authorities, the environment agency, key housing associations and domestic work within Hampshire and Dorset.

About this Soft Landscape Assistant role:

The Soft Landscape Assistant must have some experience in all aspects of soft landscaping, will have an eye for detail, good people skills, basic horticultural knowledge and must be well organised. The ability to work as part of a team is essential as is self-motivation, enthusiasm, and reliability. This is a physically demanding role, and candidates must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. Some of the key tasks of the role:

  • Tree and shrub planting
  • Bark mulching
  • Grass seeding
  • Turfing
  • Preparation of ground using both hand and mechanical tools

Ideally you will need:

  • 1 + years’ experience of soft landscaping
  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Full UK driver’s license for driving duties
