Shawe Physio is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary private practice in Hoddesdon.

The Role
This is a flexible self‑employed position designed around the successful applicant’s availability and clinical interests.
The successful clinician will be responsible for building and managing their own caseload whilst benefiting from strong cross-referral opportunities from our physiotherapy and rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities
Independently responsible for clinical caseload and insurance company reporting.
We provide an admin team to support with insurance company invoicing, payment handling and rebooking patients.
- A driven newly qualified clinician looking to build their own caseload within a supportive and established clinic environment.
- An experienced Clinical Psychologist with an existing patient base seeking excellent facilities, admin support, and strong cross-referral opportunities.
Qualifications
- Be HCPC registered as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Hold a recognised UK Clinical Psychology qualification (Doctorate in Clinical Psychology).
- Hold appropriate professional liability insurance.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be confident managing their own caseload.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
