Key Responsibilities
- Lead the safeguarding and welfare strategy, ensuring every child is protected and supported
- Act as a trusted professional representative at child protection meetings and, when required, court proceedings
- Plan and deliver targeted intervention programmes for children and families, including behaviour and learning support
- Manage sensitive records with confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks
- Provide expert advice and training to staff on safeguarding and welfare issues
- Collaborate with external agencies including social care, health professionals, and the police
- Promote positive attendance and support families to overcome barriers to learning

Qualifications
