The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

As a Client Services Executive you will need to work with great attention to detail and be able to work well in a team as well as on your own initiative in a fast past environment. Outstanding communication skills are paramount as you will be communicating with your colleagues, customers, and introducers. You will be expected to become the key contact for your assigned introducer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily settlement requests from JBR Capital clients.
  • Work with the finance and collection teams to ensure quick turn-around and efficiency of settlements.
  • Continually analyse and improve the customer journey to ensure that our customers receive seamless, efficient and exceptional settlements service.
  • Set up of pay-outs and moving agreements to live, updating financial control spreadsheets and loan book data.
  • Own, investigate and resolve all Client enquiries regardless of complexity, provide excellent service via verbal and written forms of communications.
  • Proactively engage other parts of the business to ensure complete understanding of risk and issues that are identified to minimise financial loss.

The Person

  • Strong analytical ability and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills.
  • Previous experience of working in a business renowned for its world class customer service.
  • Competent and confident in relationship building.
  • Forecasting experience.
  • Be able to prioritise workloads.
  • Experience in the auto finance industry.
  • Experience of sales admin/client services/sales support/account management/operations within the financial services arena.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, would be a plus.
