Join our Work Well programme and play a key role in transforming lives through meaningful, personalised support. As a Work and Health Coach, you will empower individuals facing health-related barriers to employment by providing holistic, tailored guidance that helps them return to work, remain in work, or secure new opportunities. Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and partner organisations, you’ll deliver early-intervention support that improves both wellbeing and employment outcomes – making a lasting difference to individuals, communities, and the future of inclusive work.

Location

The vacancy is peripatetic – with regular community based working required across the assigned borough, as well as some travel across North Central London sites (Enfield, Barnet, Camden, Islington and Haringey).
