As Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day lives of the young people.

Supporting Young People

  • Build trusting, meaningful relationships

  • Maintain Ofsted compliance and high-quality standards of care

We're looking for a Deputy Children's Home Manager who can bring strong leadership alongside genuine, relationship-led care. Someone who is:

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare
  • Experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Support Worker
  • QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to complete Level 5 in Leadership & Management
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the home
