We are looking for a dynamic Shop Manager to lead our retail team in driving sales and profitability, managing stock effectively, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for analysing financial performance, implementing strategies to maximise income—including Gift Aid and community engagement—and maintaining high shop standards. The role involves overseeing administration, security, health and safety, and ensuring compliance with Shaw Trust policies.
You will also recruit, train, and motivate both staff and volunteers, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that champions personal development and community impact. You must be willing to work flexibly Monday to Sunday and have the ability to travel within the local area to offer additional support in our local shops when required.
