  • Supervise and mentor Support Workers and Waking Night staff.
  • Lead shifts, ensuring smooth operations and effective task completion.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children to foster resilience and growth.

  • Record and reflect on children’s progress in meaningful ways.
