Shaw Trust is seeking a SEND Coach (Navigator) based in Bexleyheath, East London. The post supports young people aged 16-24 with SEND to progress toward Education, Employment or Training through personalised guidance and practical support.
You will provide one-to-one coaching to help participants identify career goals, overcome barriers, develop employability and workplace skills, and transition into progression routes aligned to their Career Action Plan.
