Shaw Trust is seeking a dedicated care worker to safeguard and support young people in our care. You will provide daily care, including cooking and budgeting, while encouraging independence and participation in community activities.
You will work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, while maintaining a safe environment in line with Ofsted regulations. A full UK driving license is essential and you will progress towards QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (funded).
