Responsibilities include managing a caseload of participants in the community and CFO (Creating Future Opportunities) Activity Hubs, supporting them to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones, and develop enhanced skillsets. Facilitating delivery at pop-up Satellite Hubs across the region.
