Purpose

Are you passionate about building relationships, opening doors and helping young people realise their potential? We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Placement & Work Experience Officer to develop strong employer partnerships and create meaningful opportunities for young people across our Study Programme and Supported Internship provision.

This is a role for someone who enjoys engaging with employers, understanding business needs and identifying opportunities that deliver value for both employers and learners. You'll play a key role in helping young people gain valuable workplace experience, develop confidence and progress into employment, apprenticeships and long-term careers.

Working closely with employers, learners and internal delivery teams, you will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of work placements, employment opportunities and apprenticeships across the region. You'll build lasting relationships with businesses, helping them access future talent while creating opportunities for young people to gain real-world experience and develop the skills employers need.

Success in this role comes from your ability to influence, build trust and create opportunities where others see barriers.

Location: You will be based in Norfolk
