Senior Support Worker , you’ll lead by example—providing structure, compassion, and guidance to both children and colleagues.

As a shift leader, the right candidate will be someone who leads by example, upholds standards, and ensures that the safeguarding of children and young people underpins all decisions made.

- What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor Support Workers and Waking Night staff.
- Lead shifts, ensuring smooth operations and effective task completion.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children to foster resilience and growth.
- Support team development, embedding best practice in care.
- Organise activities that inspire joy, learning, and personal development.
- Record and reflect on children’s progress in meaningful ways
- What You’ll Bring
