Shaw Trust invites applications for a Youth Worker to join the Prospects team across Norfolk. You will support young people aged 14-18 who are at risk of statutory intervention and assist younger students transitioning from primary to secondary school.
The role offers autonomy and flexible delivery to tailor support to each individual. We welcome applicants with a minimum Level 3 Youth Work qualification and a passion for enabling progression in young lives, with the opportunity to work 25–37
