CFO Custody Support Worker in Norwich

Manage a caseload of participants in custody providing high quality support and guidance, enabling participants to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets, leading them into an ultimate goal of sustainable employment.

Essential

• + Level 2 English & Maths or equivalent experience
• + Demonstrates a strong understanding of the barriers faced by prisoners and prison leavers with complex needs, providing effective support, motivation, and guidance to help individuals progress towards education, training, employment, and successful reintegration, while working collaboratively with partner agencies
• + Delivers high-quality services in line with contractual requirements, using excellent communication, organisational, IT, and problem-solving skills to engage stakeholders, achieve targets, manage risks, and drive positive outcomes.
• + Demonstrates flexibility, resilience, and initiative in challenging environments, with a commitment to continuous improvement, safeguarding, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and maintaining high professional standards.

In addition to DBS and reference checks, the successful must pass HMPPS vetting as a mandatory requirement of the role.
