Position Overview
The Hospitality Tutor will plan for, teach and support unemployed learners to complete a Level 1 qualification in the Hospitality Industry with embedded employability.
The role focuses on engaging individuals facing barriers to work, enabling progression into hospitality employment, apprenticeships, or further training.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver remote and classroom-based hospitality training as part of a Skills programme.
- Teach and assess learners, evaluating the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary for hospitality employment.
- Support learners in developing the confidence and skills required to enter hospitality roles.
- Engage with individuals facing barriers to work to promote their progression into employment or further training.
Qualifications
- Experience working and delivering training within a hospitality environment.
- Peripatetic role requiring a blend of remote and in-person delivery across London.
- Location
Based in the Shepherds Bush office with remote face-to-face delivery required.
