Shaw Trust in London is seeking a Journey Advisor to support unemployed individuals through the Skills Transition Programme. You will guide participants from the initial assessment and career planning to CV development, interview preparation and job placement.
You will work directly with participants, build relationships with local partners and referral networks, and deliver coaching, employability support and stakeholder engagement to create opportunities that lead to sustainable employment.
