As Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of Supported Employment and IPS Employment Specialists, ensuring consistent delivery of high quality, person centred services across a designated area. You will provide training, coaching, mentoring and supervision, ensuring full compliance with the IPS model and fidelity requirements. Through effective leadership and performance management, you will drive delivery against contract targets including referrals, starts, engagement activity, employment outcomes and fidelity measures.
Working closely with the Service Manager and the wider Shaw Trust IPS teams, you will maximise service performance and support continuous improvement. You will also build strong local partnerships with Primary Care, Jobcentre Plus, Local Authority services and community organisations to ensure the service is well integrated locally. You will hold overall accountability for KPI performance and IPS fidelity outcomes, identifying and addressing underperformance promptly and effectively.

Location
This is a peripatetic role working in the community in and around Lincolnshire – there is minimal home working as you will be expected to be out and about supporting and observing your teams, generating new referral pathways as well ensuring clinical integration and employer engagement are top priorities.
