Purpose: The Constructing Opportunities Skills Programme supports unemployed individuals by providing one-week, remote, Level 1 accredited courses in Construction, Customer Service, and Hospitality for residents of Hammersmith & Fulham, aiming to facilitate their employment transition. The courses include modules to enhance knowledge, awareness, skills, and employability techniques such as CV development and interview preparation.

The Journey Advisor will source and recruit referrals, conduct initial assessments, assist with CV creation, and support participants into employment. The role is primarily face-to-face in London, focusing on Hammersmith and Fulham residents. The Journey Advisor will prioritize participant needs through personalized support, build networks for referrals, and work towards targets while ensuring compliance and quality standards to achieve successful outcomes.

Eligibility: To be referred to the programme, customers must be unemployed and not enrolled in any current Government or Shaw Trust programme.

Roles: Two fixed-term positions; one for 12 months and one for 6 months.
