Shaw Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist to empower individuals with mental health support needs to secure sustainable employment. You will deliver IPS with person-centred guidance, working across Primary Care, Community Care, and local organisations to promote health through meaningful work.
You will meet clients in the community, support them with job goals and interviews, and build strong links with local employers while collaborating with clinical teams to provide ongoing in-work support.
