Shaw Trust is seeking to support interns on Prospects Supported Internships, helping them progress in their work placements and make successful transitions into paid employment. You will provide training and support for business partners and families, to ensure success during workplace placements and to seek out job opportunities both within and outside of host employers.
Based at one of our East London sites, the role involves collaboration with our diversity networks and supporting flexible.
