Leading and managing the operational delivery of CFO Evolution in-custody and non CFO Hub community, ensuring all performance, MI, quality and compliance requirements are achieved.

Requirements

  • Management training/qualification or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully achieving individual and team targets
  • Experience of supporting, motivating, and engaging others
  • Experience of effective performance management
  • Experience of working with data
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a team that can motivate and support individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards education, training and employment
  • Experience with data entry, monitoring and analysis to drive performance
  • Flexible to cope with the varying demands of the role, managing time effectively to achieve the desired results
  • The successful candidate must pass HMPPS vetting as a mandatory requirement of the role

Location

Peripatetic worker with a site/area as the base – no/minimal homeworking. Base office for the Delivery Manager is Luton Activity Hub with visits to staff and stakeholders across the south of the East of England. Areas covered include Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedford, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
