As an Employment Specialist, you'll be the bridge to opportunity for people who need support to enter or stay in work. This is a community-based role - you'll spend the majority of your time out and about in Great Yarmouth, meeting clients and employers.
- Manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs.
- Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) or Supported Employment approach (full training provided).
