Shaw Trust is seeking a Community Connector to help people access health, wellbeing and local activities in Felixstowe and surrounding areas. You will signpost to services, support participants with barriers, and work to improve inclusion and outcomes.
The role is part-time (24 hours across 3-4 days per week) with a split between home and fixed site-based working, based in Felixstowe and surrounding areas of Suffolk.
