Restart is an innovative programme, aiming to support individuals currently on Universal Credit or JSA who are moving into employment.

The Delivery Manager will have management accountability for an assigned delivery team and local partner services, ensuring contractual performance, compliance and quality outcomes are achieved on time and to contract and budget expectations.

The Delivery Manager will line‑manage and support Team Leaders and the delivery team to achieve expected targets and provide high‑quality service, high engagement and an efficient centre geared to supporting the development of participants moving into employment.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for delivery team and partner services.
  • Ensure contractual performance, compliance and quality outcomes.
  • Line‑manage Team Leaders and delivery team.
  • Achieve expected targets and maintain high engagement.
  • Provide high‑quality service and efficient centre for participants.
