- Experience supporting children affected by criminal exploitation, child sexual exploitation, county lines activity, missing episodes or contextual safeguarding concerns.
- Strong understanding of multi-agency safeguarding partnerships, including Police, Social Care, Education and health professionals.
- Ability to assess and manage complex risks while maintaining a child-centred approach
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a specialist residential service supporting 3 young people with complex needs.
- Ensure outstanding standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and inspire a resilient, high-performing team that embodies Homes2Inspire values.
- Promote therapeutic, trauma-informed practice throughout the service.
- Work collaboratively across a supportive cluster of homes, sharing expertise and best practice.
- Build positive relationships with external agencies, commissioners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor quality, outcomes, and service performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead on recruitment, development, supervision, and performance management of staff.
- Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy effectively.
- Create a nurturing environment where children and young people can flourish.
- Previous experience within children's residential care, including leadership and management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, criminal and sexual exploitation.
- QCF level 5 or an equivalent qualification or working towards
- Experience supporting children and young people with complex needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders and external agencies.
