As a Journey Advisor, you'll play a vital role in our exciting Skills Transition Programme, supporting unemployed individuals to develop the skills, confidence and industry knowledge needed to secure rewarding careers within the energy transition sector.

Working directly with participants, you'll guide them throughout their journey—from initial assessment and career planning to CV development, interview preparation and job placement.

You’ll build strong relationships with local partners and referral networks, helping to create opportunities that lead to sustainable employment outcomes.

This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same.

You’ll combine coaching, employability support and stakeholder engagement to make a real difference to people’s lives, empowering them to successfully transition into the jobs of the future.

Responsibilities

  • Support unemployed participants in developing skills, confidence and industry knowledge.
  • Guide participants through initial assessment, career planning, CV development, interview preparation and job placement.
  • Build strong relationships with local partners and referral networks to create sustainable employment opportunities.
