Purpose
Employment Support Worker, based Peterborough Hub. This is a hub‑based role supporting the hub and wider community to achieve the employment target. The Support worker will hold a caseload of participants who are seeking employment and completing any employment related activities as required. They will also be responsible for arranging jobs fairs, brokering relationships with employers and utilizing LMI data to source training and employment opportunities.
