Purpose

Restart is an innovative programme, aimed at supporting individuals (participants) currently on Universal Credit or JSA move into employment. The Delivery Manager will have management accountability for an assigned delivery team and local partner services, ensuring that contractual performance, compliance and quality outcomes are achieved on time and to contract and budget expectation. The Delivery Manager will line manage and support Team Leaders and the delivery team to achieve expected targets and provide a high quality service, high engagement and efficient centre geared to supporting the development of participants moving into employment.
