Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist based in Birmingham to empower people with health support needs to obtain meaningful, sustainable work. You’ll work with participants, health professionals and employers to deliver a person-centred IPS service, building confidence and removing barriers.
You’ll manage your own caseload and work towards targets for starts, outcomes and job retention, while embodying Shaw Trust’s values. Training will be provided to deliver the IPS approach.
