Shaw Trust promotes team spirit and inclusiveness. We are a social purpose organisation challenging inequality and breaking down barriers to enable social mobility. The role is a performance-based position working across ESS contracts in Birmingham, encompassing localised Employability and Skills contracts and identifying apprenticeship, job and commercial training opportunities with large and SME employers to support our customer base into employment, apprenticeships and commercial training.

Key requirements are to support employers with recruitment needs, drive job outcome performance by generating and filling vacancies, manage key regional employer partnerships, and support employers with apprenticeship and commercial training requirements. You will build relationships with employers to identify their business growth needs and actively market, promote and engage eligible employers to generate learner starts, focused on apprenticeships and job starts in the West Midlands area. This role fosters strong partnerships with employers and other stakeholders and requires flexibility, personal drive and a commitment to exceeding contractual targets, plus the ability to produce comprehensive reports and statistical analysis of operational activity.

Location: You will be based in Birmingham with hybrid working from home.
