Purpose
Oversee the effective delivery of the Navigator Programme for young people aged 16–24 with SEND across the London Borough of Bexley. The postholder will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary delivery team to ensure high‑quality delivery and a consistent, person‑centred, strengths‑based approach aligned to the programme objectives. They will oversee the team’s achievement of contractual KPIs, and positive progression of participants into Education, Employment or Training (EET).
Fixed‑term opportunity until 31st July 2027
You will be based in Bexleyheath.
