Purpose
To support young people aged 16–24 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to progress towards Education, Employment or Training (EET) through personalised, strengths‑based and outcome‑focused support. The SEND Navigator will provide one‑to‑one guidance, coaching and practical support, helping participants to identify career goals, overcome barriers, develop employability and workplace skills, and successfully transition into meaningful progression routes aligned to their Career Action Plan. This is a fixed‑term opportunity until 31st July 2027.

You will be based in Bexleyheath.
