Provide Cognitive Behavioural Mentoring (CBM) to young people aged 16–24 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) participating in the Navigator Support Programme. The Cognitive Behavioural Mentor will work with individuals who experience low confidence, anxiety, entrenched negative beliefs, and emotional or motivational barriers, supporting them to develop resilience, improve self‑belief and build the emotional readiness needed to progress towards Education, Employment or Training (EET).

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver short‑term, structured, strengths‑based CBM interventions.
  • Support young people in overcoming confidence, anxiety, negative beliefs and motivational barriers.
  • Help develop resilience, self‑belief and emotional readiness for progression.
  • Collaborate with SEND Navigators to complement employability and careers support.

Location: You will be based in Bexleyheath.

Fixed-Term: This is a fixed‑term opportunity until 31 July 2027.
