Full time – Permanent. We are recruiting for Semi-Skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our growing team. This role is based at our Keighley site.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe use of lifting equipment for moving and fitting large components.
- Always observe and comply with health & safety requirements.
- Maintain tidiness in the workplace and high standards of housekeeping.
- The use of hand tools & machinery including hand drills, mag drills, grinders, air tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range £13.50/£15.00 per hour, dependent on experience and skill set.
- 37.5 hours per week, everything thereafter will be paid at time and one half.
- Monday to Thursday (Fridays off but if worked is counted as overtime).
- 22 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays (accumulating +1 day for every 5 years of service).
