Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at New Elmcroft, a 60 en-suite bedded care home located in a quiet residential setting in Shoreham by Sea, close to Brighton and Worthing. The facility specialises in nursing, dementia, residential, and respite care, providing a safe and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities
- As a Bank Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting your team to uphold those standards in everything they do.
- Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
- Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
- Report changes in residents needs or wellbeing promptly to the Line Manager.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working with older people in residential care.
- You will have completed or be working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
- You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
- Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
