Shaw Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager to lead New Elmcroft Care Home in Shoreham-by-Sea, a 60-bed nursing and residential service. You’ll drive outstanding person-centred care, lead the team and ensure quality and compliance.
