As Home Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality and performance of New Elmcroft, ensuring every resident receives outstanding person-centred care while creating a positive, supportive environment where colleagues can thrive.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Previous experience successfully managing a care home or similar‑sized service.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Experience managing budgets, occupancy and service performance.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and person‑centred care.
  • A caring, compassionate and values‑led approach.
