Shaw healthcare is seeking a Bank Residential Team Leader for New Elmcroft in Shoreham by Sea, a 60-bed care home providing nursing, dementia, residential, and respite care. You will lead a team on a bank basis to ensure person-centred care and high standards across shifts.
Salary is £15.36–£16.00 per hour with zero-hours bank contracts. Shifts are 12 hours (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00) on an as/when-needed basis, in a quiet residential setting near Brighton and Worthing.
