Bank Support Worker – Rotherlea
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Support Worker who is ready to make a positive impact at Rotherlea, a superb, modern 70 bed care home located in the picturesque West Sussex market town of Petworth.
Responsibilities
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual's care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
Qualifications and Requirements
No experience required. Your values and behaviours matter more than your background.
