Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all visitors to the service, including allied health professionals.
  • Reception duties, including answering the phone and managing deliveries.
  • Processing invoices and time sheets.
  • Secretarial duties and PA support to the Home Manager.
  • Communicating with head office departments regarding fees, purchasing, stock control, financials, payroll, HR, recruitment and other relevant matters affecting the Home.
  • Handling cash finances (petty cash, amenity fund, residents cash).
  • Coordinating collation and validation of time sheets with the Home Manager.
  • Ensuring health and safety awareness to protect service users and colleagues.
  • Performing any other duties as requested by management.

Salary & Hours

Salary: £13.65 per hour. Full‑time – 35 hours per week. Shift times to be discussed.
