Shaw Healthcare’s Deerswood Lodge in Crawley, West Sussex, is seeking a Night Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care within a 90-bed home specialising in dementia and residential care.
You will work 42 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00, with a flexible four-week rota and alternating weekends. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.
