Shift Times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday working 8.30am-3.30pm
Shaw healthcare is looking for an Administrator who is ready to make a positive impact at New Elmcroft, a bright, spacious 60 en-suite bedded care home. The purpose-built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.

Job Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all visitors to the service including allied health professionals.
- Reception duties, including answering the phone and dealing with deliveries.
- Processing invoices.
- Processing time sheets.
- Secretarial filing.
- PA duties to the Home Manager.
- Communicating with head office departments in relation to Fees, purchasing and stock control, financial, payroll, HR, Recruitment and other relevant matters affecting the Home.
- Cash finances (petty cash, amenity fund, residents cash); Coordinate collation, validation of time-sheets with the Home Manager.
- Essential to be Health and Safety aware, to ensure the safety of our services users and colleagues.
- You may be required to undertake any other duties as requested by your Manager.
