Job Responsibilities
- Promote physical and emotional support to service users, providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offer personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintain a safe, happy and caring environment.
