Bank Domestic Assistant to join the team in Wylesfield. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those who we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users and to provide the same standard of care that we would expect our own family members to receive. You will be using the latest care technology that will enable you to spend more time with the service users that you care for. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms including furnishings in assigned work areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry, causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care
- Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families and colleagues, with good interpersonal and working relationship skills
- Work without direct supervision
- Use a variety of cleaning products paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products
- Work on your own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home
- Receive full training, including leadership programme for development and progression opportunities within Shaw
- No previous experience or qualifications required; the company will support your development
