Residential Team Leader – Leadon Bank (Ledbury)
We are looking for a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader who will maintain high standards of person‑centred care and support their team to uphold those standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice
- Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures
- Report changes in residents’ needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with older people in residential care
- Completed or working towards NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Flexible, patient, caring, organised and personable
- Ability to lead a team and use own initiative
