Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Mill River Lodge, situated in the picturesque West Sussex town of Horsham. The superb purpose-built care home provides 70 spacious en-suite bedrooms for elderly service users with conditions such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's or other clinical diagnoses.

Job Responsibilities
- As a Bank Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting your team to uphold those standards in everything they do. This will include, but not limited to:
- Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
- Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
- Report changes in residents' needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working with older people in residential care.
- You will have completed or be working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
- You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
- Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
