Support Worker responsibilities:

  • Provide person‑centred care in line with an individual's care plan.
  • Offer personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
